Return Policy: All domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, and should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail's international tracked service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

We are currently looking into making our EU orders compliant with the IOSS scheme - allowing EU customers to pre-pay import VAT on eligible sales and receive their orders hassle-free, however as things stand we cannot gurantee that there will not be extra fees required on delivery depending on the host country.

To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for recorded delivery.
